Our unique approach

Selected fellows are placed for 12 months in training partner organizations (pharmaceutical companies, product development partnerships or research organizations) and then receive a reintegration grant for 12 months at their home institution. The fellowship is funded through a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

Developing clinical research leadership

Objective

TDR’s Clinical Research Leadership Fellowship (formerly known as the Clinical Research and Development Fellowship) aims to develop internationally recognized clinical research leaders in low- and middleincome countries in collaboration with pharmaceutical companies, product development partnerships, other research organizations.

Target audience

Early- to mid-career researchers in low- and middle-income countries.
